This ensures you have the full attention of your consultant, a fitting room, and space for your loved ones. We will always do our best to accommodate walk-ins, yet we can not guarantee availability.

If you intend to wear a particular strapless bra or shapewear that you already have, please bring it to help us fit you better. We also suggest bringing your shoes, or shoes of a similar heel height. Come with an open mind and excitement. Our consultants are trained to see you in your dream dress that you may have never imagined before.. or is precisely what you came in to find!

We strongly encourage you to bring no more than 3-5 guests depending on the appointment you book! Our fitting rooms can comfortably accommodate 5 people, plus a stylist. We value the intimacy our space provides, and the clarity you receive from having loved ones with you whose opinions you trust. This is your big day! Bring friends or family who support, encourage, and listen to you.

Timing varies depending on what you schedule. Bridal shopping is between 1 hour and 15 minute to 2 hour appointments. Alterations are typically 30 minute appointments.

made to order 0-32 We carry a range of sizes from 6 to 22. This is our in house collection of sample sizes for you to find the dress that is meant for you. Our team will fit you appropriately and show you a preview of how a dress is to fit once properly sized. Every dress is made upon order specifically for you. (unless you fall in love with an off-the-rack gown!) Made to order gowns range between size 0-32. * It's a kind reminder to note that designer formalwear like this can often be different than your "normal casualwear" sizing.

Our designer gowns range between $1,400 and $5,000. Our off-the-rack collection (which features specific designs chosen by us & discontinued designer lines), range from $100 and $1,100. We strive to maintain accessibility for all our brides while showcasing premier quality.

We strongly suggest ordering 9-12 months in advance. Production can take 5-6 months to complete. Alterations take 3 months, on average.

We have a strict 24 hour cancellation policy. Absolutely no refunds or exchanges will be issued at any time after the 24 hour window. Once your order is placed, it swiftly goes into production (which takes several months) and is on it's way to be made specifically for you. We thank you for your awareness.
